Refund and cancellation policy

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable. This includes the first payment, monthly renewals and partly used months. Every account can try one Niche Finder search for free before paying, and the Plans page shows each plan's limits before you subscribe.

This does not limit any right to a refund that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived.

Cancel at any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page of your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you are not charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you already paid for.

You can also cancel from your PayPal account (Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments). The result is the same.

Changing plans

You can move to another plan from the Billing page. The change applies to the same subscription; you are not charged twice for the same month.
